SSI stands for Server Side Includes and is incredibly useful for websites. Instead of having to edit every single page for your layouts or NavBars, you just need to edit 1 or 2 pages. That'll be great, don't you think? Well, here's a tutorial on making these Server Side Includes!

1) Create two (2) TXT files. Neme them whatever you wish, but "upper.txt" and "lower.txt" are already set for you.

2) Now, copy all the code before the content part of your layout, and put it in the "upper.txt" file you made earlier. Next, after the content part, copy all the code after it. Paste this in the "lower.txt" file.

3) On the original file you got the layout from, replace the top half with this:

And then replace the bottom half, which is after the content, with

Then, repeat this same process with all the other pages you would like to use SSI.
