What you do is get a unmodified Leaf Green ROM, then choose apply IPS patch on Lunar IPS (Download on nav bar), choose the IPS patch (Also download on nav bar) and the unmodified ROM. Then it will apply it. Then after that, just open it on the emulator (VBA download on nav bar). Enjoy!
